I should have posted about this a long time ago, but I am finally getting around to doing some "catch-up" posts. Kolby played T-ball for the first time this year and he was awesome. He was known by his teammates and the other parents as "Bruiser" after he hit a line drive right into another player's forehead during a game. He is a very strong hitter and of course at this point in life, that is really the only part of the game he enjoys! We need to work on the fielding, but for now, we are happy that he has so much fun hitting. He had fun playing...was always so excited to go to practice and games and his coach, Robert Salazar, was great. He even bought all of the kids trophies and handed them out at a pizza party at the end of the season. Kolby carried that trophy around with him for a few days, maybe weeks, after receiving it. Eliza threw it into the closet door the other day, but thanks to some super glue it is good as new. Here are some photos of "Bruiser" in action...

Carrie Underwood
It seems that I rarely post photos of me & Geoff; in fact, I think we rarely take any of the two of us together. So sad! So here is a photos of the two of us at the Carrie Underwood concert last week. It was so great. Her voice was beautiful. I was a little worried that Geoff might not enjoy it, but he thought she was a great entertainer and was impressed by how she gave it her all. It was a fun and very late night out for us. Thanks to our friends who watched the kids since it was impossible to find a babysitter for that night!

Let the Summer Begin...
...whether we were ready or not, last week gave us some 100 degree days so we were forced to cool off somehow...slip n' slide, big Costco slide or the sports park sprinkler pad...it didn't matter as long as it was water. It also helped to have friends and popsicles---LOTS of popsicles! Carson wasn't so sure about all of the water options...he seems to prefer the bathtub!
Thai Children
I think I have posted pictures of the kids in these Thai outfits that my sister brought back for them after her trip to Thailand. They are so cute and every now and then the kids just love to dress up in them and act so silly. Kolby was showing off his muscles and Eliza was twirling around. Carson was barfing....hmmm...guess he didn't like their performance too much. I had to post these cuz I thought they were so cute, especially the first one of my Thai Princess.
